What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address (street, house number, floor, postal code, city) and any delivery instructions, plus the contents of your order. We use this only to prepare, deliver and document your order.
Legal basis & storage
Processing is based on performance of the sales contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and on bookkeeping obligations. Order information is kept as long as required by Danish bookkeeping rules, then deleted.
Your basket
Your shopping basket is stored locally in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. It is not shared with third parties and you can clear it at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the person delivering your order and, if relevant, with our payment provider and bookkeeping.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may complain to Datatilsynet. Write to flavorsofindia.dk@gmail.com.
