Orders
An order placed on this website is a request to buy. The order is binding once we confirm it by phone, SMS or email. We confirm availability, the delivery fee and the delivery time before the order is dispatched. If a product is sold out we will offer an alternative or remove it from the order.
Prices & payment
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. Delivery fees, minimum order amounts and delivery areas are set by the store and confirmed with each order. Payment is made by MobilePay, card or cash on delivery, or in the shop at pickup.
Delivery
We deliver from our store in Vanløse, Copenhagen. Delivery times are agreed individually. Please make sure the address, house number, floor and phone number are correct so the delivery can be completed.
Right of withdrawal
Foodstuffs and other perishable goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish consumer law once delivered. If a product is damaged, incorrect or past its date, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.
